

Rosco arrived at Music for Change in April 2009. His role is to ensure our annual work programme is delivered, and our promises are fulfilled.
He was previously Director of Bath Racial Equality Council. He holds degrees from the University of Wales, and from Nottingham Trent University.
Rosco feels strongly that, for personal growth we are not to live in the image of our parents, but to live from it.
Nick was recently appointed as Music for Change’s first Artistic Director. He brings with him a wealth of experience as a professional musician, mentor, and educator. In this new role, Nick will be guiding the organisation’s artistic creativity to new heights, and bringing change to people’s lives through the joy of music.
Chris’s role is to manage several of our educational partnership projects involving our existing artists and their audiences. And by forging links with new partners, his role is to broaden the range of Music For Change’s services to include larger scale artistic events and cultural learning initiatives. His background is in music broadcasting.
Donna currently coordinates Music for Change's World Music Matters project, a DfID-funded project of artist development and school arts residencies, which aims to integrate development awareness and global learning into school's work with visiting artists.
Otherwise know as 'the Contract Queen', Abi co-ordinates the administration, paperwork and financial processes for the bookings and the artists that we work with. She passionately believes in the power of music and the arts to uplift and inspire individuals and communities, and enjoys liaising with our customers and artists; promoting our participatory workshop programmes as a great way to raise awareness of cultural diversity, and to have fun!
Peter's role is to co-ordinate and provide support for the one off bookings. This involves liasing with schools and artists to provide an enriched, educational and fun experience for all involved. He also co-ordinates our work alongside Music in Detention; working towards giving a voice to immigration detainees up and down the country.
Sara's role is mostly in the 'design corner'. She is solely responsible for our website design and managing it's content. She is also responsible for producing our promotional material and quarterly newsletter. One of her new roles will be in the development of web 2 which involves our communication through social networking sites.
Rosie started working at Music for Change in October 09. She is currently co-ordinating a project called Big and Small Music Makers, which brings musicians into local pre-schools and introduces children to music at a young age. She will also be organising community music events
for Music for Change.
Karin has worked in the UK arts sector since 1998, in marketing, project management, fundraising and various senior management roles, largely in charitable community arts organisations, including Anne Peaker Centre for Arts in Criminal Justice, Loop Dance Company and Trinity Arts Centre. Her role as a freelance fundraiser at Music for Change will be to generate funding to enable Music for Change to continue their work and develop new projects.
Katy works for us as a freelance project manager. She liaises with artists and schools working on projects such as Pass the Passion and Pledge. "A particular perk of my job is attending exciting events around East Kent and meeting local communities."
