- Decide on a suitable programme
- Choose a cultural focus and art form
- Decide on the time and dates
- Download the booking form
- Fill it in and sent it back to us via email, fax or post
What Happens Next?
Once we have received your booking form we will call or email to acknowledge receipt, check artist availability and prepare a costing. If you are happy to go ahead we can plan the detailed programme and draw up an agreement. We require payment and a signed copy of the agreement in advance of the booking.
