It was a wonderful concert last night! We both really enjoyed it. Congratulations on organising it so well. We were saying to each other how it was so joyful, and I couldn’t stop smiling all the way through. It’s unusual to actually go to a concert, be able to dance, sing and just enjoy the whole thing without it being pretentious or a mere academic exercise. Anyway, it was a really nice evening. We’re trying not to sing THAT song …even though it’s whirling around in my head!   Ying Barber

Thanks for a great night and well worth the drive from Brighton. SEFAN

Thanks so much for last evening. What a great party it turned into - but we both had a brilliant time! You have such a great organisation there and I'm sure you're very proud of what it achieves and will achieve in the future. Thanks you for including us in your celebrations. Tony Hill

Just a quick note to say well done on a great night; I thought it was a really good celebration with a lovely atmosphere.  It must have taken a lot of work but it was worth it (especially to be able to dance with Abi to some fine Congolese rhythms).  Thank you, keep up the good work and hope to see you soon. Onwards and upwards!
All the best
Tom Andrews

What a fantastic evening!  Everyone I spoke to thought it was a great event. I do appreciate that an enormous amount of planning and hard work had gone into making it such a success. Many thanks and congratulations to everyone. Best wishes

Hey! The concert was amazing! I wasn't expecting to be up and dancing my little socks off - that was a happy surprise. I looked around at one point in the second half and absolutely everyone had huge grins on their faces and seemed to be having such a great time. It was a very happy room of people for those couple of hours! Don't forget to invite me if you do any more! Sally Austin

I thoroughly enjoyed the concert – great to see folk dancing in the aislesWilliam Rowlandson

The ‘group’ singing Happy Birthday was heart-warming, and Lucky and the children were as well – a delight. And his approach and the body language of the other MfC workers on stage was…personal, warm, caring, involved. I think that the children with whom Lucky works will certainly remember the experience all their lives.

A parent wrote to me the day after the performance to say that her daughter had said on the way home ‘this is the best thing that has happened to me in my life’

The wonderful music and joyful atmosphere of the whole evening was very enjoyable.

What a great evening, I hope everyone is proud of how well it turned out and what a brilliant party it was...Mike Nee

I have to also say how much we all enjoyed it. The children had such a wonderful time and it was such a great experience for them. Lucky's faith in them after very little practice made me very proud, as did their amazing performance! Congratulations to you all - it was a fantastic concert, Mrs Sample, the children and I enjoyed it all!  Carol Townsend

I've been meaning to write and thank you for the wonderful evening at the Gulbenkian last Thursday - the whole vibe and energy was brilliant and it was an honour to celebrate Music for Change's 10th anniversary and all it's achievements with you all, so thanks to all the MfC staff involved. Here's to the next 10+ years!  Liza Figueroa-Clark
